JMHO ... I'm not on the same page with you. IMO, the DD does not support your conclusion. Additionally, VWAV is over 50% owned by the Attia's. VWAV may have recruited a good leader, but the >50% owners are the Attias -- you know, the ones who just about killed GTCH (and a great number of retail shareholders) through their unrelenting note conversions to stock at lower and lower and lower SP's down to $.0001! These are the same people. I really do not see how VWAV works-out well for retail investors. Not at all. The deck is explicitly stacked in favor of the Attia's. Based on their past behavior, I believe it to be true that they are self-focused, greedy, and willing to destroy given the opportunity to grab wealth.
