It is not that they should care about daytraders, they should care about Long term SHAREHOLDERS. Which this company obviously does not. You will never find a reputable co. traded on the NYSE or NASDAQ that would keep their shareholders in the dark concerning DILUTION. However, AAGH can pull this stuff in the OB market which is overwhelmingly composed of amateur investors. It is not rocket science to put out a PR telling shareholders why dilutive action was taken, estimated revenue projections, etc. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Since no information has been disseminated to the shareholders (ahem, owners of this company) it is obvious that there is something to hide. It looks to me like just another OB scam. And before anyone asks, yes I do care deeply about others, I know that everyone here are adults, but unfortunatly, many base their decisions on what they read here. They should be advised of these glaring red flags, and make their plays accordingly. IMO not long term, You gotta be quick with this one.
