Agreed! Just curious, regarding “no pulling back”, when is the point of no return, once this case is allowed to move forward?

VPLM has made some pretty egregious allegations, aka RICO. I’d imagine there’s some point where the DOJ will intervene, even if there’s no settlement with VPLM.
