You are not thinking correctly on this. You must think like a judge. If the judges up to th supremes have argued that conservitorship in HERA is different than what we all assumed a Conservatorship is, despite there being no alternative definition listed in HERA, then what makes you think a receivorship under HERA would follow what the purpose of Receivorship is. The Charters cannot be disolved without an act of congress. The LLRE will just continue under the Charter act and just become a do-over GSE. Whatever that would look like.
