Thanks Papa!! Agree wholeheartedly about the kids, although I'm able to leave her a decent nest egg after riding the inflation train and selling my home in Tucson last year. Living in a box apartment with a landlord is like complete freedom after that huge empty old house and it's almost daily maintenance. All the best, cheers!!
