Seems like mullen was looking for a trend to scam and they picked the wrong market. EV is dead and scuttled for the next 3 years.
Bollinger actually was trying to market vehicles. mullen got them on the cheap and bollinger was desperate. mullen will trash bollinger in a heartbeat.
