When you update the share count the market cap automatically adjusts at midnight, the reason they update the share count (That is when they feel like updating), yes three times this week, but before that there was no update for almost 3 weeks, essentially they do it whenever they feel like it, common practice in the OTC is when insiders update the share count, two reasons, first reason is to show whether or not there is dilution, the second reason is to show that the ticker has pulse and it is not dormant, Transfer Agent is verified, which is always a good thing, company profile is not verified and filings states that Jones is the CEO and OTC Markets says it's Egan, I don't pay attention to the CPA, they are no one special. We will have a better understanding, when they file their quarterlies within the next two weeks. The issue I have always had with their updating the share count is, they always tend to update 1-2 days before on the same day, meaning if they update on tomorrow which is the 26th but on the OTC markets it shows they updated on the 25th, I have stayed up past midnight to see if they update right on the dot at midnight, but no, it is anytime of the day when it floats their boat. If Jones was listed on the OTC this would be sitting at dollar already, maybe that is the game plan, needless to say, the filings in August will be a sign relief.
