If it's the one below, you can't buy that from any platform unless you are in Canada. They were an SEC filer due to very late filings, they went to expert market and TGLO is limited, only because they did not complete the OTC disclosures about the company profile and list Jones as the CEO by July 1st, as much as Schwab wants to claim that because of illiquidity reason why they have restricted on line buying, to me that is bunch of bogus, there are a lot of stocks in the OTC and big boards that are simply very illiquid but they have no restriction.
