When I listened to Dr. Gupta's presentation with H.C. Wainwright a few weeks ago I came away believing we'd be approved by the end of the year. I'm not as confident now. It's not because it was a sensible belief it's because of what's going on at the HHS. The latest news is the entire preventive care board is about to be terminated. On July 16th JFK Jr dismissed his two top deputies without cause. He told Congress a few days before he relied on their expertise. We all know the vaccination board of experts was summarily dismissed too. To add to the chaos the staff that booked flights for the inspectors was dismantled and then had to be rehired. Seriously? The wild card for us is obvious. Is the FDA a well-oiled machine? I'm not in that court. Great they're focused on food dyes and bettering one's diet. Bravo! I'm not as warm and fuzzy about our timeline anymore. This could drag on. I'll endure it, what choice do I have?
