I have no clue. They finished the day weak FWIW. The tender won't close unless there is at least 450M cash, and anything over gets cvr'd. Your risks are that it doesn't close and that the cvr (two parts) doesn't add up to much. I have zero clue what the upside is, don't follow the company.
Found the CVR interesting. ITOS traded roughly 9.90 to 10.30 since late May, presumably on anticipation of this takeover/under.
