I totally get you and it still amazes me that some stocks can sometimes rise so quickly. That's what makes it so much fun to trade.
It is also 'almost impossible' to determine the absolute low or the highest price of the day or over a longer period of time. We can be grateful if a trade yields a profit or is successful.
We've all experienced the same situations where you sometimes sold a little too early, or bought too high, or bought a stock with bad news suddenly ... etc. (But that's all in hindsight). And there's no point in looking back too much (no matter how hard that may be sometimes). There are plenty of new opportunities 'almost' every day. All IMHO.
