It's crazy the level of sickness and obsession you exhibit towards cohen in your efforts to try to take down Cohen when you have no grounds to even stand on, and look like a total clown and buffoon in trying to do so...  you make so many insane claims and conflate lie after lie with total disregard to the fact that every issue you believe you find can't be resolved...  you think Cohens stupid enough to put a couple service rigs on site? How do you think you get the leases un severed???? I'll explain it really simply for you since you're such an idiot... first, you have to communicate with the Railroad Commission your plan - then they have to evaluate your plan with you - then you have to go do it while they work together with you to identify what wells you can reshoot / retest...  if you have H15 issues related to fluid to service then there's a strong likelihood that all you need to do is swab or pump the wells out... where you still have MIT's, you have to address those in front of the RRC by performing the MIT in front of them... it's all really that simple... and it's mind boggling how you're such an expert yet you've never owned or operated a single oil and gas well in Texas in your life...
You're an actual scammer... one minute you claim you live in Texas... the next you claim you live in an $8M penthouse in Miami... when the reality is that you were involved in a REAL financial fraud and now you're just desperate... and yiur despatation has led you to believing you're incognito when a simple subpoena to iHub told us who you really are, and allows us to pursue real and plausible defamation claims and securities fraud claims against you together with the SEC...
If Cohen owed taxes (which he doesn't) a debt collector wouldn't be able to speak to you about that...  I assume you're referencing the ad valorem taxes owed by Vision (Cohen is a person... Vision is an LLC owned by Azure which is a CCorp...), and is a company Cohen JUST bought in June through Azure... you clearly don't understand how corporate structures or corporate veils work...
You're stupid enough to believe that Cohen putting one of his addresses on a reserve report does what now??? You realize everybody's addressses are public data if they're not owned or leased right??? You also realize that transferring a $1.8M home through a sale creates a taxable event (sales and transfer tax, mansion tax, etc) vs a 99 year long term ground lease doesn't... you also keep talking shit about Cohens home... here's the Zillow estimate in a picture... since you think Cohen is so poor it's unreal the shit you come up with... and are too stupid to figure out... and you have the balls to constantly threaten and attack Cohen in a public forum thinking you're identity is unknown... you fool...
Regarding Visions Property Taxes Again... the last thing you do is go pay a tax bill when you buy a company... especially when it's not even delinquent... Cohen is actively working on and negotiating a payment plan...
Talk about amateur hour... Everytime you speak it's just the same song and dance nonsense out of desperation for attention...  you really have no idea what Cohen has coming your way... but all your information is known by Cohen through a subpoena and the irony of it all is you've committed serious counts of defamation, and securities violations and you know that you have but you're too derranged to accept reality... don't worry... your day is coming sooner than you realize...
The only hang up now as of yesterday regarding the shell is that in the JV agreement for CTT - it states that the assets were to be assigned to a wholly owned subsidiary of Azure vs Cohen and Chestnut both overriding that and assigning the assets to Azure directly.  That said, the securities attorney agreed that this is more of a circumstance that requires corrected documentation only for audit purposes through the board resolution that occurred over this matter and that should no longer hold up his issuance of the opinion letter (see picture).
