Thanks for that DD. Is there no time limit on exercising or revealing the warrants owners?
I understand they are already paid to exercise, but is there a time limit to reveal?

I assume we won’t know who invested if they are all considered paid warrants.

Since they are prepaid I don't see any reason why they would have an expiration date. They wouldn't be able to vote or sell on the open market. I see this as positive.

We will not know the buyer until their position is declared.

I don't know about today's closing, but for the one in April of 7.7 million shares sold only a little over 1 million were the prepaid warrants.
