I understand the cause to use soft diplomacy through these various expenditures. Got it. Vers hard diplomacy. More friend using honey than vinegar I got that. Does not mean I agree with the huge expenditures on those soft pedaling the United States to garner support from a young age in said Countries. I get it. Without oversight by someone we pay to do said oversight. Funds can run wild without some sort of controls placed into them.
