Well, here is the Hinky as Hell response. Did I miss something?

So it seems to me, it wasn't just a name change to Frequency, but some to have been some kind of legal maneuver, by "selling" ReachOut. (Must have missed that Material Event in the 8-K)

And the ExController didn't quit, cough cough, she was fired for abandonment. Ya, Okay? (After she realized she didn't want to be apart of what was going on.)
