If, as you claim, the prospects for this ticker are so good, why is the share price still languishing down here under a half of a penny? Total $$ volume here today is under $900, and there are 195,973 shares offered for sale on the Ask at .0042 ($823 worth), and 446,000 shares offered for sale at .0045 ($2,007 worth of shares), and no one seems to want them. Although someone did just buy 1,000 shares at .0042, which cost a whopping $4.20. SMFH

What is the factual basis for your statement that the "new company is worth over $100 million?"

We are getting 8% of the new company and that new company is worth over $100 million dollars.

I note that American Resources Corp. (AREC) has a total market cap of a little over $100 million, but American Infrastructure, which did the deal with the CGRA shell to get its publicly traded listing and become publicly traded, was just a small subsidiary of AREC, and not worth anywhere near the total market cap of AREC.
