"From another conversation the broker dealer had with FINRA it seems they will respond with another demand for us to finish the K and Q1 and by then Q2 will be due. We are working with the new auditors to provide the k and Q1 as soon as possible.
We need to take a long breath and get ahead of them . My estimate is end of summer. "
