Yes these are online trades. I’ve not communicated to any brokers to execute these trades. By “watching my back”, do you mean I may not be able to do online trades like these with Schwab in the near future?
Yeah, I have Schwab and when I place an order to buy it accepts it for about 2 seconds, then I get a "trade rejected" notice with a pop up window that mentions the new OTC rule. It does say they will allow a broker assisted trade for the stock though.
