What's amazing is that the big time traders, financial firms, etc, probably have AI programs that read these things instantly within mili-seconds and make the trades accordingly without human interaction at all. We will never be able to compete with that. But thanks for your due diligence.

ONCO - $4.05 - Well off of the PM high... Today is the last day that the Series C Preferred Stock can be converted into common shares at $3.50... With todays volume, I would think that those shares have most likely been absorbed...

On July 16, 2025, Onconetix exercised its right, pursuant to Section 8(g) of the Series C Certificate of Designation, to lower the conversion price of the Series C Preferred Stock (each, a “Conversion Price Reduction”) to $3.50 (the “Reduced Conversion Price”) until July 31, 2025.
