It looks like the same paid promoters that frantically pumped CBDW just before it hit a new all time low today, have been hired and have been active here for 2 months. This is "only" down about 15% in that time, but they probably haven't yet cashed out of their shares to get their payday.
Look for many many reposts from them of old news, in their feeble attempt to draw interest.
If you don't know that this a bad sign for the stock, you'll maybe eventually learn that it is!
