As you'll have seen, Bandy's pretty polemical. A crusader who perhaps goes too far. But I found this very interesting:
Now, Dershowitz has become a favorite on-air commentator and cheerleader on Donald Trump’s primary media outlet, Newsmax, where he constantly promotes his turn-things-upside-down books, Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitution Rule of Law, and War Against the Jews, recently rushed into print.
I wonder if whatever Dersh said about the "war against the Jews" made such an impression on Trump that it stuck with him, and It's recently inspired him to go after Harvard and other educational institutions. And of course he and Dersh may still be friends.
