I don’t follow that. I am told in no uncertain terms BioAmber is gone, bankrupt, liquidated, shares basically extinguished as the company is gone, forever.
More importantly which female ihub poster thought it was a good idea to get their attorneys involved in this massive gift and threatening a lawsuit if everyone isn’t paid equal ? I wonder who that could be ?
The overdrive pace to get everyone paid has had the brakes hit hard and we are in first gear defending a gift, which no individual has any right to, not any right in any form, who though it was a good idea to throw a wrench into a well oiled process ?
