It may transpire that AVS does the fitting out of the Super Cinema chain - they certainly have the technology and team - at greatly reduced cost than would otherwise be the case.

Alternatively use the $1M to reduce the O/S by 66% more than the $600K note would increase it.

$PSRU may well have $1M in profits from other parts of the overall business - particularly the streaming in Africa.
