My hands are pretty arthritic. Also, I played carpenter at my house all week... (nail gun, screw gun, etc) so it takes a toll.
The run today was much, just a little over 40 miles, but it was on some windy roads at a pretty good pace. Kind of a challenging hour. The rest of the event was boring.
It was a toy run (they raise money and collect presents for kids in need).
