BEWARE: These Guys will attempt to devalue your stock
An individual, either acting alone or on behalf of someone else, who attempts to devalue a stock by spreading false or exaggerated claims against a public company.
Explained to the listeners, by CEO Dennis O'Leary, in the Thursday, July 10, 2025 Live! PodCast
"The reverse would only be for an Uplist.
The document we are filing with FINRA is to allow the company the option to perform a reverse within the next 12 months.
This doesn't mean we must, or will even use the reverse, but rather allow us the option of the opportunity to Uplist, or it makes sense to bring the company up to the QB.
If the share price improves on its own, perhaps it would be used for an uplist to NASDAQ, or another major exchange.
But to be clear, we are not filing for the reverse in this filing, it just gives us the option within a year, to either utilize a reverse, or not.
I see no value in performing a reverse for the sake of a reverse.
There would, be some benefit needed, such as an Uplist."
