Exaggerating much? I never said zero premium and I did say that there could be some held back on HSR.

With the tender set to close next week and BPMC trading around 128.40 (129 + cvr's for tender) it's hard to see any enthusiasm for the CSU cvr's. I haven't seen the HSR yet, which was filed on June 9th, but also nothing from the companies to suggest a delay so.... we'll see how it looks next week.

When (if) the tender closes we will know the premium. There is noise right now but I'd guess somewhere in the range of .25 cents or so if the deal is expected to close on time based on typ arb. And it could be higher of course once HSR is disclosed if there is something being held back on that. That's still pretty low interest. I originally penciled something like $1, maybe a little more.

HSR cleared at 11:59 PM last night and the price is now up about .75 cents, and currently tracking closer to the $1.00 i penciled in. Could go higher, Let's see where it closes at tender expy.
