I returned home from my extended trip to New York City to meet with the lawyers. Without spilling all the beans which I cannot do, I am free to share that Project Venus was an asset of BioAmber, but was not wanted and removed from the company years ago into the hands of a former director who has now passed away. In his last testament, he has left a major portion of Venus to those that helped him along the way and the BioAmber shareholders to whom he was forever grateful, as long as these shareholders are still alive. There are 3 of us which have inherited our position, but our relatives or their heirs, are specifically named to be a part of this transfer of wealth. There is a list of slightly over a dozen shareholders who will receive royalties forever, along with his family and heirs. Regular long loyal shareholders that have shown fidelity to this company are getting compensation beyond most folk’s wildest imaginations, but won’t receive future royalties. Frenken is funding the entire purchase and will own Venus less royalties for the next 20 years to named individuals and their assigns.
It’s pretty simple. This is a gift from a deceased individual to his shareholders. The company really has nothing to do with this and the company no longer exist in any fashion except for a list of shareholders. The TA has provided everything necessary along with the brokers as well as cancellations from those that took tax write offs, who get nothing, along with those individuals that have been identified on social media outwardly critical of BioAmber. Those folks get nothing.
The naked short is identified and will be settled very shortly under favorable terms both parties have agreed to, settling this matter immediately rather than prolonged litigation. The estate wants the lawyers in and out and full intention is to benefit shareholders, not lawyers.
This is far and beyond the best deal I have ever been involved in and privileged to have a 3rd row seat watching this happen very quickly.
Everyone entitled to money have been identified, and if you haven’t received yet, you will damn shortly, by this afternoon, every brokerage involved, knows well what is going on and has the information of those individuals that are getting paid
It’s a gift, not from the company, but from someone once inside the company smart enough to know what he had in his hands and not let it get away so deserving investors get rich, not some investment firm.

The lawyers are about to shit money on people like never before. I think all of this will be finished in 10 days everyone that has responded and signed off gets or has gotten paid. By August 1, this will behind us all.
