wahz, looking at the PnF bullish percent I see bpNDX has a 'sell', but bp lags and an index can rise without its bp rising [it only takes the bullish stocks in it to rise even more. This does show decreasing breadth, though].

You and I differ on this quite a bit. My stuff has the NDX at a medium to medium high OS point. As such I am now long at 75% NDX as of EOD Friday.
However I can offer no insight onto the intermediate state of the markets. I do have a Bull-Bear indicator which has the purpose of raising and lowering the buy and sell criteria for the OS indicator. It is still quite heavily "Bull" though.
