only on paper Badazz..How the heck you think Seamus pulled all this off? We all know stuff goes down that the public isn't aware of. Everything will be made to look legit. Call it conspiracy theory if you want, but this type of thing happens more often than not..Seamus convinced FOXO to appoint him ceo. I'm sure there were many contingencies in place for that to happen. Like make sure he takes care of FOXO at all cost. I'm hoping he merges RNVA and NOT just move the remaining assets in exchange for pointless shares. EM status will prevent us from ever benefitting. And yep we can stay on the EM for a VERY long time while FOXO prospers. Seamus is do all and say all IMO

You are mistaken. Read the 10k. Seamus, not RHI shareholders, votes RHI shares. And as RHI is proxy to Sabby and Diamantis shares, he votes a majority of FOXO voting interest.
