Any one of those points, taken alone, is enough to nail AABB as a scam. Together.....it is overwhelming.
And I didn't bring up the worthless crypto, the unredeemable divvies, the disfunctional wallet, and the unverified gold (for the "gold-backed crypto"). And then there's the presence of BennyMojoRaptor to pump it all along. Any legit company would have taken legal steps to shut Benny down.
The mining operations "seem real"? Yes, they've spent some real money on drilling, Micon report, and the Terrerros reports. But the "plant"? Where's the tailings facility?
