BBAN, imo a very good point.
We know the Absolute Priority Rule was changed so that Common could participate.
BUT, I don't recall the Bondholders (or anyone) agreeing to allow lesser Classes to be paid before they were made whole?
Now that they see how much value the P's and U's have gained, why aren't they trying to claw some of that back?
(Unless they know they will be taken care of in the end??)
