Will they be providing "that 'in process' data" simultaneously to other entities besides EXIM hoping for DOD/other money, offtakes, buyouts/partnerships(?) etc. that could generate some good press? Probably just result in a pop at best unless there is sustained good news.

Thanks NorCal, I hope you and everyone else had a wonderful 4th as well. I know this sounds like an old record but yes, this is a good buying opportunity. This time will also help many investors average down from the horrible RS and SPAC debacle. I would also tend to believe we hear little news until August/September….But with new bill signed and potential off-takes in the works will be the reason I continue to hold and buy more shares this summer. If we get funding and not trading in the pathetic $1.50 a share-range management has done us all dirty.
