Gotta say - If you are basing no cruising due to one link (I am guilty of NOT opening the link) then you probably would never go to a department store, grocery store, shopping mall, gas station, hospital, restaurant. high school, liquor store - or anyplace else that people visit. There are always one-time bad experiences at any location. Me - I love cruising - especially Princess Cruise Line (even though I am sure a bad behavior video could be found). I go with a good attitude, ignoring one time bad tantrums. To each, their own.
