The next step would be filing new articles of incorporation resolution to establish a share structure. My guess is that Stratos will be a subsidarary of Movement. Next question is who is the third partner? I'm going to dig into Duxaoil tomorrow and find out who they are. Newly formed PetroChem partnership?
