#15933 RE: TJG #15930

What I love about AI for the most part is an unbiased opinion. Yes they're not always spot on but they are fantastic for refreshing the situation in a flash, factually. Let's be honest anyone can be as wrong as they are right at this point!

Shareholders firmly believe he is gone. Honan is still listed as CEO of AFFU. Honan was a very honest man and essentially the glue for 6 years in that company. What do you suppose is really going on with Jim Honan?

James E. Honan, Jr. is still listed as CEO of Affluence Corporation (AFFU) as of the latest official updates. Although he and Dale Haase resigned from the board of directors on October 14, 2024, Honan specifically remained in his CEO role. Both the company’s press releases and multiple business news sources confirm that there were no disagreements or controversies cited with the company or its board regarding these resignations. New independent board members were appointed, but there was no change in company ownership or equity as a result.

Earlier in 2024, there was a planned merger between Affluence Corporation and Durham Black Inc., during which Honan was reported to be transitioning from CEO to a board member role. However, that merger was not completed—Durham Black exercised its right to unwind the agreement within 120 days, as confirmed by Affluence in October 2024. After the merger was unwound, Honan remained as CEO rather than moving to a board-only position.

In summary:

Honan is currently CEO of AFFU and is not “gone” from the company.

He resigned from the board of directors but did so without reported conflict or controversy.

The planned merger that would have changed his role did not go through, so he retained his CEO position.

There is no public evidence of wrongdoing or forced removal; Honan’s reputation as an honest and stabilizing leader is consistent with official statements.

The confusion among shareholders likely stems from the merger announcements and subsequent unwind, which created uncertainty about leadership roles. Official communications, however, are clear: Jim Honan remains CEO of Affluence Corporation as of the most recent updates. 🤔
