At this point there is not enough info for me to draw that kind of conclusion, IMO. Just waiting now to see what/who MZ really is and how this will be handled. Hard for me to think ill of the individual who put $100 of thousands into EGYF, quit his successful position as partner in a private company to come to EGYF full time as first VP and then US CEO only to "leave" in a few months. We shall see.
MZ and wife's company hold 50% of all common shares. There is no massive issuing of shares for convertible debt. They are not running EGYF aground for their own gain. The question is rather if they are capable of convincing anybody that their business concept makes sense enough to pour money in it by buying shares and building the pps up. If not then the OTC swamp will take over. But even in the latter scenario it could go both ways: pps nearing trips on low volume, 10x spikes on pumps by groups. Lets see how residual "management" responds.
