Gonyer is back as a fully listed BOD he is not an independent BOD because he actually works for the company as the CFO Independent Board members can not be employees of a company. All you need to do is go to this link to see it I posted that info yesterday morning or it could have been Friday morning cant recall which day it was.
If they answer you they will tell you he is the CEO, he is listed as the CEO but he is not involved with anything, again just look at everything they have put out over the past two months, he is never quoted or mentioned in anything, be it a filing or a PR. Wow
