No further thoughts except to say from what I hear, there are lots of folks laughing at conspiracy theorists using an innocent mistake to fuel their own agenda.
Took several years of litigation in federal and state court to get back the millions of shares in BESS that those individuals had originally received for their contribution of their technology at the time of the merger with SPIN, after their fraudulent and other illegal activity as was laid out in the court complaint. BESS shareholders celebrating today!
