Was it a ruse? Did the true gunman(s) execute a jogger per se,leave a firearm at their side to make it look like it was suicide by the true shooter? Quite sure they will determine if the dead person did in fact die of a self inflicted shot or maybe the gun was put into the innocent persons hand and the trigger was pulled.
To call off the shelter in place so quickly is suspect to me unless they know for certain.

Yes. Apparently they actually found him some hours ago. And not long ago they gave a presser to explain that they think he was the only shooter. They've lifted the "shelter in place", but suggest that people take care.
Strange story. I suppose we'll hear more tomorrow.
