Agree there was never any doubt it would pass. Voters gave Trump pretty well a carte blanche when they gave Republicans control of both houses. And when Obama was denied the Supreme Court position Garland should have had, that outrageous authoritarian maneuver pretty well put the shit on the ever more fascist-like cake the were creating.
