I view the reading of the Bill as a simple documentation of the contents of the BBB; a not so subtle reminder that whatever any rubberstamping, willfully ignorant, Trump humping morons claim about 'not knowing' about one provision or another, it's in the fucking record.

I watched on and off for over an hour sometime in the middle of the marathon and all I saw was titles, there was NO reading of paragraphs.
