nobody knows, but i cannot remember the last ticker that had an offering, that this offering price was not dumped 90% from the offering price, and then stayed down there for god know how long.. if this is different, then I am thrilled, since i bought a little higher than closing.. but, going by past experiences, this offering price usually means diddly.........
