At .13 you should be pretty safe and make some bank on it. The offering was at .69 with a pair of inducement warrants so we should be very close to bottom unless a group comes in to short the heck out of it but at .13 that's not a very big concern since shorts can't make a whole lot of money from 13 cents.
All just my opinion - everyone has to make their own buy and sell decisions - I like my odds on this one and have no schedule for an exit at this point.
