Again, not defending, but in reality none of that proves anything with legal certainty as to incriminating facts, proving nothing. I, like both of you Z men, believe he has at least some, if not significant relevant culpability, but don't believe circumstances will permit legal exposure until after he's dead and gone. I won't attempt to counter your classic non sequitur saying "It's more hearsay to say he isn't in the files.", when neither of us have seen them and likely never will. In any case, there are bigger fish to fry right now, so just put this in line for the skillet with the other catch of the day. IMO for sure.
