This may be a tad outdated but the Kushner's aren't even in the ballpark....

I've done work for Tishman and was surprised to see that they are not the largest. Mamdani might just be throwing a shot in the dark out there but for some reason it resonated with young voters.

Now these are the same reasons that I didn't particularly like Bernie in his bid for president but sometimes on a local level those things stick. It's well documented on these boards that back in 2016 I compared him to a student council president running on a "free ice cream" platform. I've also had my differences with AOC and the like but that stuff is sure beginning to hit home in places where it can matter.

Don't get backed into a corner man. A lot of his proposals are already at work in other cities. Granted, none of them are as large as NYC but they are working and nobody is saying "here's the keys to the kingdom", he still needs to get stuff passed through the council but things are different these days.

Tell me brooklyn13, why the fuck would i ever ask you about Mamdani. For one i don't recall you ever answering any question anyone here has ever asked you. LOLOL, and i know there is more about Mamdani on the web than you could offer, or about any other question except about what a decent all-round generous and knowledgeable human being you yourself are.

Is good to know though that you don't see him losing the mayoral race because he is too
progressive. LOLOL i'm guessing you are likely the only expert around who would say that.
