You are absolutely correct but why complicate things as many of the bashers do.

Here is an easy way of doing math. Subtract a zero from each number. They are irrelevant since each number gets reduced equally. Take three zeros from .0001 and you have .1 or 1/10th. Take three zeros from 1,000,000,000 and you have 1,000,000 so 1billion becomes 1 million. One tenth of a million is an easy calculation of 100,000. Thank you Mr.Girard my great high school math teacher who always said "with math the fewer the zeros the easier the answer". Seems like a lot of zeros one this board so to speak.
