Good question. On 03/26/2024, "That the Company amend its Articles Of Incorporation to change its name from "FBEC Worldwide, Inc." to "HAHALOLO of USA Social Network and Travel, Inc." Now, So far, FBEC is still viable, and nothing has been done to change that. Good luck to us all.
