Buylow...I believe so but actually regardless of that it doesn't matter if it wasn't going to expire for another year. If someone is interested in that patent tied to several other patents that we have and that have expired there is still value especially if that company is headed in that direction.
I do believe we still have the 4 gene prostate patent but I believe we are fighting an uphill battle. Our past says much but at least Colleen is trying to make something happen with Alan's experience.
