True statement, that's why it makes no sense. Professional CEO's don't destroy their companies with massive dilution. Marshall it is time to cancel the Reg A and build the company properly with increased revenue's and PROFITS.

With so much money available to him why destroy the stock with a REg A priced at almost zero?
