I don't know. I couldn't figure that one out either. I checked the shareholders and they are all the same as the last Q. Ep Bou Ali holds all the preferred still and Al Thani still holds his 26% of the Common. Nothing else showing that I could see.

It doesn't seem likely to me, but could it be the disposal of the water business? I really don't know.
